It’s time to order our team suits!

• If you’re new to the team, we purchase our team suits and caps through a locally-owned and operated store, Varsity Swim Shop in North Reading.
• Varsity provides our team with a 25% discount on most items. In most cases this makes things cheaper than sites like SwimOutlet or Amazon.
• Our team suits are made by Arena, and they are the same as last year (Navy Tropical). If your suit from last year is in good condition, you do not need to order a new one.
• Please place all orders by midnight on MONDAY NOVEMBER 14th
• When you order, you will not see an option for shipping – I’ll pick up and distribute everything at practice, which will save everyone $8.99.

The page you’ll see should look like what’s below:

• The only thing you’re required to purchase is a team suit.
  • You will also need goggles – the ones available in the team store are just suggestions
  • If you have long hair, a cap is required. (Note: even short hair creates a lot of drag, so you’ll be faster if you wear one.)
• Team Caps:
  • Personalized Silicone caps will arrive later than the rest of the order.
  • I have a supply of both silicone and latex team caps from last year – one will be provided free of charge. If you want an extra, they are available for purchase in the team store.
• Girls Suits:
  • The difference between the two girls suits offered is the body coverage.
  • “Light Drop Back” is a more modest style with thicker back sstyle and more coverage on the back and sides
  • “Challenge Back” has thinner straps and less coverage.
• Boys suits:
  • Waist sizes are roughly accurate
  • Jammer vs briefs – choose whatever you’re comfortable with.
